Stand Up Paddle Lessons

OEX Sunset Beach is now offering stand up paddleboard lessons. We have sessions for stand up paddlers of all experience levels

All lessons are in 1 hour increments and we provide all participants with an in-depth stand up paddling experience.

We offer the following levels of lessons:

Level 1: Cruising (beginner)

Your gear/ $40 per hour
Our Gear/ $60 per hour

Level 2: Maneuverability, timing, turning the board, and advanced board technique (intermediate)

Your gear/ $40 per hour
Our gear/ $60 per hour

Level 3: Beginning surfing Advanced
(2 hours highly recommended)

Your gear/ $50 per hour
our gear/ / $70 per hour

We teach Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Reservations are necessary.  Please call in advance to assist us in accommodating you.

Proper attire is trunks and t shirts or swim suits for our flat water beginner and intermediate lessons. Bring a towel, as part of the adventure is the possibility of falling in. Advanced sessions, we recommended a wetsuit as you will definitely be in the water.
